The 6th of May is today, that day is the The International No Diet Day (INDD), an annual celebration of body acceptance and body shape diversity. This day is dedicated to raise awareness of the danger in diets and of eating disorders such as anorexia and bulemia. It's symbol is a blue ribbon, as the red ribbon of Aids or pink ribbon for Breast cancer. Celebrate the beauty and diversity of all our natural sizes and shapes. This day very important and today I find it extremely important to show one of my best friend understanding and support in her battle for recovery.
